Cancellation Policy – Your Deposit

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your cancellation to free up your time slot for other customers.

If you do not show up without prior notice, a £10 cancellation fee will be charged. This fee applies if you arrive too late to receive the service. However, the £10 fee can be applied to your new booking if rescheduled within 24 hours.
